What’s Included?

  • Travel to your Wilmington, NC venue
  • All supplies (canvas, paints, easel)
  • Arrival before the ceremony for setup and to begin the background
  • Live painting during the cocktail hour or reception
  • Final touch-ups post-wedding if needed
  • Shipping of the completed artwork to the couple



The Process:

  1. Contacts to discuss availability and secure deposit
  2. Discuss what moment you would like to capture- at the altar, first kiss, or first dance
  3. Set up before the ceremony and get started on the background.
  4. Paints live during cocktail hour & reception, allowing guests to watch
  5. Takes the artwork home for final details if needed and delivers within 1-2 weeks

Yes, a few requests can be accommodated with prior discussion.

Will you require anything from the venue?

No special provisions are needed.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 6 months ahead to secure availability.

What if my ceremony is short? Can you still paint it live?

Yes! For shorter ceremonies, I’ll take reference photos and work closely with your photographer.

Can you paint from a photograph?

Yes, if you’d like a painting created after the wedding from a photo, I can do that too!

How long does it take to receive the painting?

Up to 2 weeks after the wedding.
